It’s tough to stay fit during normal times - and these are anything but normal times! You can get out to walk but strength training can be difficult to do. Try my Total Body Strength videos! There are two segments so you can choose a shorter or longer strength routine. Both routines are designed to be done with or without weight and most of the moves can be modified.
