After several months of renovation, we’re excited to welcome residents back to our newly transformed Aquatic & Fitness Center Pool! Every improvement was designed to create a safer, more comfortable, and more enjoyable experience for everyone who uses the facility.

Here’s what’s new:

• A brand-new non-slip pool deck for improved safety and confidence underfoot—a major upgrade from the previous tile flooring.
• Brighter, warmer lighting throughout the aquatic area, creating a more inviting atmosphere.
• Clearly marked lane lines extending the full length of the Main Pool’s three lap lanes for easier workouts.
• Fresh new plaster in all three pools, giving each one a clean, refreshed look and feel.
• Expanded space in the Warm Pool thanks to the removal of the sitting area stairs.
• New 18-foot wall clocks installed throughout the aquatic area, making them easy to see from anywhere in the pools.
• User-controlled individual pool lifts that provide greater independence and accessibility.
• Improved reliability with a new pool manager building, helping reduce equipment downtime and maintenance issues.
• Enhanced comfort through an updated HVAC system that delivers better temperature and humidity control on the pool deck.
• A completely refreshed color palette inspired by the Pacific Northwest, featuring a modern yet cozy feel that beautifully complements the iconic running salmon sculptures displayed high above the aquatic area.
