Fitness Classes

Designed with our residents’ interests and needs in mind, the fitness classes offered at Panorama come in a wide variety. Whether you’re just starting out, you’re a long time fitness expert, or you’re looking to rebuild strength following a surgery, you will find a class that’s right for you.


Mindful body fitness and movement promotes good coordination, balance and flexibility. Our yoga, pilates and tai chi classes create harmony within. We have a wide variety of options for all skill levels.

Aquatic and fitness center

Panorama’s Aquatic and Fitness Center features three pools, group fitness spaces and a variety of cardiovascular equipment.

Recreational Activities

Take a walk or bike ride on the Chehalis Western Trail, play a game of pickleball or hike along with a group to Mt. Rainier. Our beautiful campus has a variety of walking paths and numerous recreational opportunities to discover!

Chehalis Western Trail

The Chehalis Western Trail, which borders Panorama to the west, is a county-maintained trail that runs through the heart of Thurston County. It passes through a variety of ecosystems and environments in both urban and rural areas of the county. The Chehalis Trail provides access to 170 acres of parkland, including wetlands, forests, farmland, creeks, prairies and other habitats. Chambers Lake is a haven for birds and waterfowl.
