Rain may have been in the forecast this year, but it certainly didn’t dampen the fun at our annual Employee Picnic! We enjoyed gathering in our beautiful outdoor Pavilion, where employees from across the organization had the chance to relax, connect, and enjoy time together.

The afternoon featured a delicious lunch from Seventeen51, refreshing treats from Kona Ice, and plenty of laughter. Our Human Resources Department also kept the excitement going all week long by raffling off a variety of fun prizes, giving employees even more reasons to celebrate.

The Employee Picnic is always a favorite tradition because it gives us the opportunity to step away from our daily routines, catch up with coworkers we may not see often, and strengthen the connections that make Panorama such a special place to work. Rain or shine, it’s a wonderful reminder that one of our greatest strengths is the incredible team of people who make our community feel like home.

Pub Trivia has become a resident favorite, drawing a strong turnout each month at our on-campus restaurant, Seventeen51. Hosted by our Lifestyle Enrichment Department, the event offers a straightforward mix of socializing and friendly competition.

Residents form teams—often with humorous or creative names—and work together to answer questions spanning a variety of topics. The format keeps things moving, encourages participation, and gives everyone a chance to contribute.

What makes the event stand out is its balance: it’s structured enough to be engaging, but relaxed enough that anyone can join in, regardless of trivia experience. Conversations flow easily, teams collaborate, and there’s plenty of laughter along the way.
